Q How can I use Q.D. Clinical in two separate offices?
A You have several choices, including:
  • You can establish a wide area network over high-speed or fiber optic lines (T1 or T3).  This choice will give two high volume practices instant access to the same patient charts.
  • You can access one office from the other using plain old phone lines and high-speed DSL or modem access. This choice is recommended for low volume satellite offices. You will have access to your patient charts at an adequate speed.
  • If you have two offices serving two separate patient populations, we recommend a separate Q.D. Clinical database at each site.
